How the AI receptionist works

You teach it your business once. It answers every call after that — and tells you honestly when it doesn't know something.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email. Each business gets its own private account — your calls, appointments and customer details are never shared with anyone else.

2. Tell the AI about your business

A short setup wizard collects your name, industry, opening hours, services and prices. You can add FAQs at any time. This knowledge base is the only source the assistant is allowed to answer from.

3. Get a number or forward your line

Point your existing business number at the assistant, or use a new one. In this preview the number is set up in your profile and calls are simulated in the app until a telephony provider is connected.

4. The AI answers and books

Callers are greeted in your chosen tone, get real answers, and can book, reschedule or cancel. Everything lands in your hub with a full transcript.

Try it as a caller

This is a simulated call to an example salon. Ask about hours, parking or prices, or try booking something like "Can I book a haircut Thursday at 2pm?".
